Let me tell you something real.

This song was never meant to be just for me.

When I first wrote “MAMA MINA,” I kept it private. Locked in my phone. Hidden in my notes. I’d play it alone in my room, late at night, when the world was quiet and I could let myself feel everything without shame.

It was my therapy. My secret conversation with my mother.

But something kept tugging at my heart. A voice and I know now it was hers kept whispering, “Share it. Don’t keep me locked away. Let my love reach others.”

And then it hit me.

I’m not the only one who’s lost a mother. I’m not the only one who wakes up some mornings reaching for someone who isn’t there. I’m not the only one who hears their mother’s voice in their head guiding them, correcting them, loving them from beyond.

So why would I keep this song to myself?

That’s when I knew. “MAMA MINA” wasn’t just my story. It was our story. Every son. Every daughter. Every person who has ever loved a mother whether she’s still here or already home.

This song is a bridge. A reminder that love doesn’t end when life does. A message that our mothers live on—in our hearts, in our words, in every melody we sing.

So I’m releasing it.

Not for fame. Not for streams. I’m releasing it so that someone, somewhere, sitting alone in their room, missing their mother, can press play and feel a little less alone.

That’s why I released “MAMA MINA.”

For you. For me. For all of us.
